P.M.Ken 「cross point」

I had gone to P.M.Ken"cross point" that has been held until yesterday.
His photograph was very unique, and I wanted to go for a long time after it knew information on his photo exhibition, and was groping it scheduled and not suitable.
the photo exhibition was able to be seen only a little, because I had business near yesterday
My frequency where it goes to photo exhibition is high this year. It was feeling well-balanced because frequency where I go to the art exhibition was high last year.
I want to collect the machine parts to take a picture early, and to take the work.
Otherwise, it is not in time in 2012. It doesn't work hard.
his photograph can be seen from the link below a little, and check it.

Seattle Art Museum: Exhibition Schedule

I learnt this existence of two people in the high school student age. I entered the high school, and paired the band with the friend whom the hobby suited. It is Nirvana, and Kurt Cobain that the friend taught to me at that time. The friend of the band came out, it was very detailed, it also came out in Kurt Cobain the interest, and I had the yearning in his charisma. The tune of Nirvana and Hole was copied in the band, and I examined his history, and was considerably absorbed in him. Therefore, I wish to express my gratitude to the friend at high school days. I'll sent mail this time because I don't contact recently.
It's correct that I felt something special when his art is seen though another doesn't remember when to have known. It likes pictures of his tomato soup can, and it exists also in my room. It's the highest to be able to see such exhibition of two people at the same time, and I think that I can't see from now on. It's possible to go to Seattle by September or I want the person scheduled in Seattle to check it without fail though I don't savvy.

ALEX PRAGER 「WEEK-END」

more pic

I went to Alex Prager "Week-end" at Ring Cube yesterday.

Up to the photograph with strangeness and the impact a little begins to copy with 18 color pictures, and she seems to be
"The world that exists in this world and the world that doesn't exist are done and the document is done at the same time. " according to her word through this work. Her having tried to draw in this work is felt eeriness, and monotony in the scenery of the town of the LA that symbolizes the promise of beauty and happiness. It was interested in "Something" transmitted from her work very much though I saw, and became mysterious feelings a little.

She seemed to be influenced by the work of WILLIAM EGGLESTON, and to be absorbed in the photograph. She eschewed art school and began studying photography on her own, learning equipment and lighting through trial and error.
I hear that magazines such as 「Details」,「i-D」and 「Tank」 were active to her. It seems to schedule the one-man show in Michel Hoppen Contemporary of London in June, and it will not be possible to take one's eyes off from her future.
